  • 컴퓨터에서 사용하고 있는 포트(Port)는 무엇인가요?
    • 일종의 도로라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 만약, 서울에서 판교로 갈 경우 많이 이용하는 도로는 경부고속도로입니다. 이 도로번호를 1번으로 정해놓았는데, 이와 마찬가지로 컴퓨터에서도 특정 목적으로 사용되는 통로를 포트라고 부릅니다.
    • 따라서, 정해진 규칙에 따라 대부분의 포트번호는 특정 목적으로만 이용되고 있으며, 다른 목적으로 사용할 경우 충돌이 생길 수 있습니다. (1번을 서울에서 판교로 가는 도로로 정해놓았는데, 서울에서 파주로 가는 도로를 1번이라고 정해놓으면 서로 같은 번호를 사용하려하기때문에 둘 다 이용할 수 없게 됩니다.)
